Privacy Policy

Bookkeeper Agent is a private tool used by one person, its owner, to organize the owner's own records. It has no other users.

Google data it accesses

• Google Drive and Google Sheets: to read and write the owner's bookkeeping files in the owner's own Drive.
• Gmail (read-only): to find statement and tax-document emails and their attachments. It never sends, deletes, or changes email.

How the data is used and stored

Data is used only to prepare the owner's own books. Results are written back to the owner's Google Drive. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising, and is not used to train AI models.

Bookkeeper Agent's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
